Our office is currently in full service mode. Our main limitation is that in-person appointments are regulated at this time. Our front door remains locked and our drop box is still available to clients needing to drop off information. If you would like to schedule an in-person appointment, please give us a call. We are asking the recommended screening questions, performing temperature checks, and requiring masks to be worn inside our building. We strive to continue serving our clients while keeping everyone safe and healthy.

Due to Covid-19 and keeping our staff and community safe, our office remains open for phone calls and phone appointments only. As the Traditional Tax Season is complete, our hours have gone to our regular office hours. We are open at night and Saturday by appointment only. As you know, we are in the middle of tax season and are seeing more and more clients each day. We want you to know that we are taking all precautions to keep our clients and staff healthy amidst the Coronavirus outbreak.
At this time we are practicing Social Distancing in accordance to CDC guidelines. We are asking all clients to avoid coming into our building. At this time please use our Drop Box which is located to the right of our front door to drop off your documents. You may also mail in your documents to us. All documents will be placed in a 4 day hold in accordance to CDC guidelines. This will create a small delay on getting your information into our system. We continue to work and will be available by phone for questions and meetings.
We have taken measures to increase cleaning and sanitizing throughout the office. On top of our daily cleaning we are sanitizing handles and surfaces throughout the day. If an employee is showing any signs of illness they are being asked to stay home, and we are asking the same of our clients. Due to the time sensitivity of the tax deadline we are offering several options to complete your tax return in a timely manner.
If you have already submitted all your documents, we will schedule a phone appointment to walk through your tax return and tax planning for 2020. We can mail or email the signature form to you after the call. Some clients are already utilizing our "drop off" method where you drop everything off and signature forms are e-mailed or mailed to you.
Please be patient with any changes, phone calls, or delayed emails as we do our best to serve all of you. We will all do our best to prevent the Coronavirus from impacting our clientele.
For the most up to date information about the virus, please vist the CDC website.
